Is dit de eerste keer dat je de lessen online gaat volgen, kan ik je hiervoor, op aanvraag, een stappenplan mailen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Er wordt met een aangepast rooster gewerkt. De niveaus (beginner-intermediate- Advanced) worden gecombineerd in het rooster. Via een mail geef je aan welke les je, op welke dag en tijdstip, wil volgen. Hiervoor krijg je op de zondag, voorafgaand, een link gemaild.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>De online lessen zijn \u00e9chte lessen met directe feedback tijdens de uitvoering van de oefeningen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<p>Wat heb je nodig om de les te volgen:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 matje, met voldoende ruimte rondom je matje<\/li>\n<li>Check of je lijf goed zichtbaar is vanuit je camera, zodat wij je feedback kunnen geven, als dat nodig is<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dimitra en ik werken met Props. Bij de uitnodiging voor de les staan de Props die je voor de betreffende les nodig hebt.
